SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Shipments are made using the following carriers:

- Poste Italiane (only Italy)

- GLS (only Italy)

- Bartolini (only Italy)

- Fedex (only Italy)

- DHL

- UPS

- DB Schenker

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order total.

There is no minimum order on our website — you're free to purchase even a single item, regardless of price!

All orders are trackable, with real-time tracking available directly through the carrier's website.

Same-day shipping deadlines for items available in Warehouse 1:

- Poste Italiane, GLS, BRT: by 2:00 PM

- FedEx: shipped within 1 business day

- DHL: by 1:00 PM

- UPS: by 2:00 PM

Orders placed after these cut-off times may not ship the same day but will be dispatched within 1 business day from order receipt.

For items stocked in other warehouses, average handling time is 1 business day.

Carriers do not call before delivery, so we recommend providing an address and phone number where someone is always available to receive the package.

Delivery in Italy typically takes 1 business day from dispatch (excluding islands and remote areas), 2-4 days for large appliances.

International shipping times depend on the selected service and destination.

Due to unforeseen logistical issues, BGSTORE reserves the right to use a different carrier than the one selected during checkout if issues are known with the requested provider.

For insurance purposes, it is mandatory to accept goods with a conditional clause (“Accepted with reservation”) and report any visible packaging damage to the carrier upon delivery.

For BRT shipments, it is required to specify a "detailed reservation of control" when signing for the goods.
